The pickup location is the Greenway Plaza on S. Western and SW 119th Street. The vehicle will be parked between the Armstrong Bank and the Access Medical Center, on the north side of the plaza.

Your cooperation in absolutely no smoking of any kind is appreciated. No pets please. The car should be returned clean in the same condition as it was delivered to you. Rentals made without 24 hours notice may not have 75% charge on pickup. With 24 hours or more notice, the car will have 75% - 80% charge, unless higher charge has been agreed upon prior. DO NOT LET THE BATTERY GET TO 0%. This causes damage to the car and will be subject to a damage claim. If at all possible, avoid getting below 10% for an extended period of time, as this will also cause damage to the battery. Please note: If you don’t replace the energy you used, your host can request reimbursement for their cost to replace it.  They have up to 72 hours after your trip ends to make a request.  This includes Tesla Supercharger and Idle fees Guests are responsible for any Supercharger and/or Idle fees incurred during their trip and up to 24 hours after the trip end if they’ve left the car plugged in at a charging station. Once you’re notified of the request, you have up to 72 hours to pay it or dispute it.  If you’ve purchased prepaid refuel as an Extra, your host cannot request a reimbursement.

• Does it have "full self driving"?

  Yep, it has all the features described at this link: https://www.tesla.com/support/autopilot under the Full Self-Driving Capability heading.

• How can I turn off the car?

  It will turn itself off when you walk away. While you are gone, the car will keep the interior from getting too hot as long as the battery level is over 20%

• How can I lock/unlock the doors?

  Place the key card on the driver's side B-pillar, as pictured on the back of the key. When the side mirrors fold/unfold, you will know that the car is locked/unlocked.

• How long does it take to charge at Tesla Superchargers?

  The biggest factor that depends on is how far to the next stop. Most of the time it will be 15 minutes or less, which doesn't give you much time to play video games or watch Netflix on the screen! If you are going really far between superchargers, it could be up to 45 minutes.

• How much does it cost to use a Tesla Supercharger?

  Typical prices are around 20¢ per kWh, so you're looking at about 7¢ per mile. I usually charge at home, and that's 10¢ per kWh or around 3¢ per mile.

• How can I open the glovebox?

  If you need to access the glove compartment for the Turo insurance or Vehicle registration, you may open it by accessing the car's touch screen. Press the car icon in the lower left corner to access the menu, then in the screen that pulls up, there will be an open glove compartment icon in the lower left corner.

• How can I charge the car?

  The touch screen in the car provides the location of all Tesla Superchargers, and Destination chargers. To find one, simply open the navigation page and select the charger that you would like to use. For long distance travel, the car will automatically route you to specific chargers and notify you of how long to charge at each location to continue your trip. You may also check out abetterrouteplanner.com for more options. You may also charge the vehicle at non-Tesla network EV Charging Stations (such as Francis Energy, EVGo, etc.). PLEASE NOTE that these stations will require a charging adapter. Please be sure to add the appropriate adapter as an extra to your reservation if your trip may include charging at a non-Tesla station. You can checkout https://www.plugshare.com/ to find any non-Tesla network charging stations along your route, and see what kind of adapters they will require. To open the charging port, either press the button on the charging cable, or touch the open button on the touch screen.

• Should I rent this car if I am traveling to Lawton/Duncan/rural areas?

  Lawton/Ft. Sill, Duncan, and other areas of rural Oklahoma have a limited selection of charging stations, and they are mostly non-Tesla network stations. We highly recommend adding the CHAdeMO or CCS1 adapter extra to your reservation, so that you will have access to charging stations in those areas.
