Shanae was responsive to the text and she had no objections on extending our trip. However, I am only rating her 4 stars since it would have been appreciated if we were informed about the cracked windshield and low fuel. Other than that, good host

Our first Turo experience, and it was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the car ran well and they were incredibly timely in their responses. But we also received the car with a cracked windshield, low fuel warning, and no notification for either of these things.
