Benjamin was fantastic at communication and customer service! I walked right outside of the airport and got the keys and was off! Best car rental experience of my life! I would rent with Benjamin again and recommend him to anyone!

The service was great! Will definitely be using Turo in the future! They had the car waiting for me right outside of my terminal baggage claim area. And then I was able to simply drop it off right outside where I was going into the airport. No waiting for A bus to take me to the rental car pavilion and then waiting in that line! And it was about $100 cheaper than any rental cars I was able to find otherwise. It was a great first time experience with Turo! The car itself was fun to drive. I have wanted to try out a mini Cooper. It is an older car. It was spotlessly clean inside and out and has great gas mileage. The ride was a little rough and I’m not sure if it’s just the way that they are made or if it could use some work on the suspension. Also, my daughters and I had a little trouble opening the doors sometimes… Perhaps they just need some lubricating. Overall this was a wonderful experience! Adores was great and helpful!

Wonderful service! Andres was so responsive from the beginning of the reservation to the end - patiently assisting in locating the vehicle when I was confused about my pickup point at the airport, then quickly extending my reservation an extra day before assisting me in finding a different vehicle when my trip required yet another extension but another customer had already booked the car we were driving. Our check-out/vehicle swap with Juan Pablo couldn't have been more pleasant or seamless. He was so friendly and helpful. Andres and his team exceeded our car rental expectations.

Quicker than traveling to and waiting for a traditional rental. Good little car that fit my family (4 for this trip) + bags. Malcom was helpful and responsive to us. I'd absolutely use his cars again if needed.

Andres and Viviana totally made my trip the best wedding travel vacation. I live in DC and my son was getting married in Pilot Point TX at the Lonestar Lodge and Marina and I went online a few weeks before the trip and I’d never heard of TURO but the first car I saw was their’s - a 2013 silver Hyundai Elantra and I booked it. Andres taught how to use the TURO app and he was so patient with me and he never sleeps - he answered my questions at 1 am many times. He made everything so easy and Viviana also / they both replied instantly on the TURO app. I highly recommend them AND their car. Thank you guys - the wedding was amazing - and the driving was so much fun in your car. And your customer service is the best. And your nephew Juan is so sweet too when he picked me up and drove me to the airport to head back to DC a week later.

Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy!!! Was in Dallas for 2 days of flight training. Absolutely no cars at any other agency @ DFW. I downloaded Turo, found Carlos's Jetta and he left the car within steps of my gate at the airport and communicated everything precisely via text and photos. I literally was in the car and driving within 5 minutes of me exiting the airplane. Return was just as easy. Parked next to my terminal, texted Carlos and I was on my way. Never had an easier rental car transaction. Next time I'm in the big D, he's my guy. Thanks Buddy!

We were skeptical at first, but WOW! COATH Mobile was fantastic. We walked out of the airport and our car was waiting for us. COATH Mobile service was like no other we've dealt with and way better than a big name rental facility. The car was brand new, gas mileage was killer, and their representative super kind, took time to answer a few questions, got us on our way, and gave us a small goodie bag. Our return was just as easy. A couple questions through the app and a time change on our part was no issue. We pulled up to the gate and our COATH Mobile representative was there to meet us. Turn over was easy and pleasant. We will definitely consider Turo and COATH Mobile anytime we travel. Thank you for making our rental choice the easiest choice we made all weekend.

The car was nice. The car threw me for a loop at first when it would start and stop on its own at stop lights/stop signs, but that’s a feature of the car. It did smell like a previous renter smoked in it, but I took care of the smell. Also the windshield wiper fluid was out, another thing I took care of. Car drove nice and got great mileage. Easy transactions, just walked out the gate and Raj was waiting in the garage across the street. On return all I had to do was park the car and leave it for someone to pick up. Pros: Easy transaction, Raj was easy to deal with, nice almost new car. Cons: car was not as clean as I prefer, (all my personal cars are immaculate) had a slight cigarette smoke smell. I would recommend renting from Raj again.

What can I say? Renting this car saved my entire vacation. We reserved a car originally through a big company and when we arrived they turned us away,, saying they were out of cars. Booking through Andres was not only simple but also convenient. Regular companies won't go the extra mile like Andres did. Thank you .

Alton was a great host. He was super professional, very communicative, pulled up at the right place at the right time, and even got my iPhone set up with the car’s Apple CarPlay and put it in sport plus mode upon handing it over curbside. Return was also very easy and flexible as I had to get to the airport earlier than expected to depart. The car is quite a treat. 482 hp B58 engine is one of the best 6 cylinders you can get. The car is loaded with all the latest tech like lane departure warning and a HUD. The car was clean and is well maintained. No curb rash as you often see on Turo rentals. I will rent from Alton and crew again the next time I’m in town.

Best car rental experience ever!

This was my first time using Turo, and if this is any indication of how it works, I will never use anything else. Host was EXCELLENT! Communication was direct,on point and clear. They worked with me on drop off and pickup and left clear instructions for everything. I could not be happier. Car was in excellent condition as shown in pictures and described. I am so happy to have used Turo and found Andres and his team. Thank you Andres, and next time I am back at DFW, I will definitely rent a car from you.

There are no words to describe how awesome Stephen is. There are also not enough stars to rate him where he deserves. Easily 5 extra stars. He was very friendly and made our trip worry free. This was my first time using this service and I couldn’t be happier the car was very reliable and the host was very kind and respectful! The vehicle was super good on gas, and was also super cleaned and well maintained. I would also recommend this this car to anyone who might be under the age of 25. The daily cost is super low so it makes renting a vehicle relatively cheap since the young driver fee is so high.

It was awesome booking D's car for our trip to DFW. the pick up and drop was very easy, the car was amazingly clean and well maintained. Best part was the smooth communication with D after booking the trip, during pick and drop off.

This car was one of my favorites. I own one myself and wanted to keep the familiarity with my rental. They dropped it off at the airport and brought the key in because I got held up at baggage claim. They were very flexible and allowed me to drop off at the location instead of the airport because I extended my stay. I will definitely rent it again when I’m in town.

Easy to contact, and will respond quickly. easy to setup the airport pickup and drop off. Car handled well, drove smooth. Car is in good shape, good brakes, got heavy torential rains in Dallas and tires/wipers handled it well on the highway. Overall a good weekend rental with no issue.

Enjoyed the vehicle and it was a very nice change from normal rental cars. Couple things I should note for those to consider but did not bother me. Car was not clean and although I was picked up/dropped off at the airport. We had to go about 20 minutes out of the way to his house to and from the airport. Might want to verify arrangements before the trip if this bothers you. Kevin was very easy going and great to deal with.

For those of us that use a rental as we would our own car. I recommend renting from Turo. For those of you that are rough on rental cars (you know who you are). Don’t rent from them. These cars belong to someone and I for one love getting a great deal. Thank you.

First time using Turo, opted to use it because rental cars were easily double what Turo was going to be...opted for the airport pickup/drop-off and could not have been any easier...no shuttle, no waiting at all for pickup or drop-off. Car wasn't perfectly clean inside, but not a deal breaker. Would easily rent this car again and hope future Turo encounters in other locations goes as well...Very friendly owner...

This was my favorite booking ever - not just because the car was awesome but because the host was so nice and flexible! Carol reached out immediately to get my flight information so that she could coordinate a smooth airport pick up (which she did!). When we landed, Carol was already at the airport 45 minutes early (she was not a stickler on the time and still did the exchange when we arrived at the exchange spot - almost 30 min prior to the scheduled start), and was happy to help guide us to the best area to do the exchange. She was lovely - super warm, funny, and truly interested to make us feel welcome. We instantly bonded and we even offered to drop her back home which gave us more time to get to know what a fabulous person she is! The car was clean, the convertible top was easy to use, the car features were top-knotch, and the interior was both luxe and comfortable - as Mercedes is known for. I highly recommend Carol as a host and her Mercedes!!!

Excellent experience. The car was small, clean, and easy to drive. Good on gas. Keith was friendly. Met me right at baggage claim to give me the car. And when I returned the car, he even stayed on the phone to give me step by step directions through the airport terminal when I got lost. I will rent from him again when I return. Virginia’s Prius was great. The car was clean. The instructions for contactless pick-up were easy to follow. Being able to pick up and drop off at the airport was so convenient. Also, having the toll tag made for a less stressful trip. Not being from the area, we didn’t know how the toll system worked, but we didn’t have to worry about it.

The customer service I received was very good they were very professional they accommodated us although our flight kept getting delayed on the other hand the car was older and had a few issues like it would shake when we made a left turn or when driven over a bmp it would feel like the tires wanted to fall off but it got us through the trip I would just suggest getting a newer car ours was a 2014
