Would give zero stars if we could. The vehicle showed up filthy on the exterior. It also reeked of smoke. The gas cap is broken and won’t latch. The vehicle made noises as though something is wrong with it as we drove. Most concerning, the headlights were malfunctioning and barely lit 10 feet of the road, making driving unsafe. The host refused to offer a discount or refund, and customer service was awful. Do not book through this company.
This guest made false claims, which we disproved with evidence submitted to Turo, in an attempt to get a refund for a completed trip. They also said they’d dispute the charge with their credit card company which is fraudulent behavior. The guest is underage, and this was their first Turo trip. We’ve completed 1,000+ trips with consistent 5-star reviews and enforce a strict no-smoking policy. We encourage future guests to read our reviews and book with confidence.

This car was great on gas and clean, the communication with owner was very responsive and helpful. The remote access to lock and unlock the car on pick up and delivery was very cool. Pick up location was well lit and safe. 5 stars! Thanks a lot!
