TLDR; don’t rent the car unless you’re staying in the city. Expect to receive the car with ~80% charge and to have a range of 125 miles at that point, not 200-240.

I received the car with 82% charge (guess I should have read the description that it would be delivered with “at least 80%”). Expecting the 240 mile range in the Features section, I assumed my trip 52 miles away would not remotely be an issue, but when I arrived I was already at 48%. I didn’t attempt to drive it when I was at my destination because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get back without the car dying, which was frustrating. Nate offered to refund my trip, to which I said I appreciated the offer but didn’t need him to refund the entire trip and I would leave it to him on what he thought was fair. After I told him I dropped it off, I didn’t receive any messages back and I haven’t received any refund (not even the $25 extra I paid to return it uncharged).

Would have been nice to at least get some communication - I probably wouldn’t be leaving this review if I had. I hope Nate will change the range on the listing to be more accurate (~150 mi fully charged, but ~125 if delivered) and recommend only to rent the vehicle to people staying in the city.

The car, pick up location/process, and host were all fantastic. I highly recommend going through them. I had to adjust pickup and drop off times and there were no issues. Everything was seamless and efficient!
