Welcome to my vehicle! I'd like to highlight a few important guidelines to ensure everyone's safety and comfort during your journey. It is important to note that there is no free parking at the Denver Airport. Renters are kindly reminded that they are responsible for all associated parking fees related to their rental. Our preferred parking facility is the Pikes/Longs Peak shuttle lot. Renters should anticipate an $8 fee for accessing their rental from the lot. During peak travel periods and/or holidays, renters should be prepared to incur fees of up to $30.00 if parking availability is limited in our preferred lot. Any used tolls during your rental period will be billed back to your trip within 7-10 days of your return. Tesla Recharging: Your rental will arrive with at least an 80% charge. Please return it charged to at least this level. If the vehicle is not returned with a minimum 80% charge and you did not purchase prepaid EV Charging, a $10 convenience fee plus the cost of charging will be billed to you. Any charging fees incurred during your trip will be billed within 3-5 days of your return. Please be advised this vehicle is NOT equipped with a third party charging adaptor. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. We aim to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment for all guests. A cleaning fee up to $250 will be assessed for violating this policy. Pets and Animals: We regret to inform you that pets and animals are not allowed in the vehicle, except for registered service animals as required by law. This policy is in place to maintain a clean and allergen-free interior. A cleaning fee up to $250 will be assessed for violating this policy. Cleaning: Your rental will be washed and detailed prior to your arrival. You do not need to wash the car prior to your return, we only ask that you please properly dispose of any trash. While light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed, we kindly request that you avoid consuming messy or strongly scented foods in the vehicle.
