Lybi was amazing. This was my first Turo rent, and she made the entire process smooth, predictable, and with clear communication throughout. She picked us up at the airport on time, was there for drop off in time, and followed good COVID protocols. The car was great to drive, with no issues. If you’re having any pre-trip skepticism about using Turo versus a traditional rental car agency fear not! Nathan was an amazing host! He was informative and quick to respond to all of my (many) questions! The Buick he provided us with was not only clean and well kept, but it was a joy to drive! 10/10 Would recommend!
Susanna was wonderful! She dropped the vehicle off and stayed behind to explain a few Tesla particulars. She was completely hands-off during the trip, unless I needed to reach out to her for something, in which case she would respond nearly instantly. Coordination on vehicle drop-off was also a breeze as well. An out-of-state trip with friends has a lot of moving parts as it is, so having transportation being on of the stress-free aspects of the trip was huge for us. If I make another trip to Denver soon, not only will I be using Turo, and renting a Tesla, I'll be renting through Susanna.
Don was a fantastic host! This was my first time using Turo and Don did everything he could to make it a memorable and successful trip. He and his cohost are super nice and accommodating with suggestions and snacks and water bottles waiting in the car for us after the flight. The car itself was great and clean. Would recommended him to anyone coming to the Denver area! I will be using this app again.

Absolutely amazing rental. Tobias picked us up from the airport and drove us to the parking lot where he switched cars, took documents, and the car was in amazing shape. He left sanitizer in the cup holder and Clorox wipes in the glove box. Car was amazing bang for buck. Smelled great and was well cleaned. When we were done, he was very flexible with the drop off. I went to my hotel near the airport and he had left a lockbox in the back of the car. All we had to do was roll the window up on the box and lock the keys inside. He came by and picked it up from our hotel making the drop off as easy as possible. Excellent stay and if your looking for a quality Turo profile to rent from, Tobias is your guy!
This car is impressive and a fantastic experience to drive. The logistics were simpler and faster than a typical rental car would have been. Trevor communicated timely and well with me before and during the trip. Overall, this was a great experience!

Jason was a great Turo host. From the minute we booked he was communicative via the app and text as needed. It was an excellent car to drive in and around Denver and through the mountains. Love the fact that it was red because finding the car was so easy! Antal was very communicative and brought the car straight to us! His car was perfect for our family when we came to Denver to see family and visit some surrounding areas. It was comfortable, had two great places for our coffees, and was a very economical choice because it is so gas friendly!!! Antal also provided a steering wheel lock that was sooo easy to use at night to protect his investment. Thanks Antal!

We will turo with Christian, every time we fly into Den. Pick up and drop off to and from the airport was smooth and easy. Better then a rental car company in my opinion.
My trip to Denver was awesome!! It started and ended with Melissa and her Tesla! Melissa communicated and knew exactly how to make my trip seamless. When I had a question on her Tesla she got back to me in a minute. Melissa and her Tesla rock! I recommend her and will use her on my next trip soon.

First time using Turo in Denver. Lloyd is a Rocky Mountain treasure! The car is excellent. It is very well maintained with all the bells and whistles. It has Apple CarPlay. Everything works flawlessly in it. The pickup and drop off process is a well oiled machine as well. Very intuitive.
The whole process was easy for pickup and dropoff. One of the best cars on the road.

Evgeny saved me when the car I booked became unavailable (due to the recent snow storm that shut down the airport) less than 24hrs before my trip was to begin & after turo had already last minute tried to book me 3 other replacement rentals that fell thru too.......do to the snow storm. She went above and beyond by agreeing to the rental at the late hour of 11pm the night before to delivering the keys to the car by 7am that next morning. All while making pick up and drop off almost effortless for me. Plus it was a fun car to drive..... being a REAL 6 speed manual when not many cars are true manual transmissions anymore! I would definitely recommend them and for sure rent from them again. Thank you again!.....you really saved me and people like you are the real main reason I will still continue to use turo for my future car rental!
This was our first time using Turo. We usually go through corporate car rental companies, so this was our first time stepping outside of our norm. The experience was simply perfect. Wilfredo was outstanding! Super responsive when I screwed up the pick up, totally my fault. We had one small issue with the car and he was great about helping us get it figured out, it was zero hassle on our end. Rajee really made every thing go extremely smooth! The pickup and drop off instructions were great! Car was nice and got good mpg! No complaints! To nitpick the only thing that was kinda inconvenient was having to get it washed before returning but at least it was free using Rajee’s car wash membership. All in all I would rent again!
I needed a reliable AWD vehicle for a weekend trip in the Colorado mountains. Christian’s Audi fit the bill, it had all the performance I needed and in a comfortable package as wheel. Christian was very helpful and responsive with any questions. Picking up and dropping off the car at ParkDIA was pretty easy and Christian did a good job explaining how it worked.

Very nice and punctual. He was really nice and made sure everything was good before and after trip. We had no issues with car itself. Full tank lasted us a long time. Good on gas especially to drive to towns around mountains without spending so much gas.

The car was flawless. Spotless inside and out, you can tell this car is taken care of. Brakes, windshields wipers (and fluid), and all other necessities were in good working order. Awd handled the snow with ease and the car feels very connected to the road and confidence inspiring which made this mountain trip painless. Ever have to search around a large unfamiliar parking lot to find your rental car? Not this one, the shuttle brought me straight to the car which greeted me already warmed up with open doors and trunk ready to load up and get the adventure started. This was one of the smoothest turo experiences I've had, and definitely the best kept car I've rented. I would not hesitate to choose this car again for future trips
Matt's Model S was in outstanding condition and we thoroughly enjoyed the Tesla driving experience. The car handled the snowy mountain roads with ease and stability, especially given the excellent tires. Although the car has an older autopilot system, it worked reliably for highway driving as intended even on snowy roads. The interior was clean and comfortable and the touchless hand over process at the airport was straightforward and convenient. Charging was easy with so many Superchargers in Denver and along Rt 70 in the mountains. There are also plenty of destination chargers at mountain resorts and shopping centers so staying charged up is easy, especially if you select your accomodations based on availability of charging (can check the Tesla website for listings). Driving electric is not only easy, comfortable, fun and safe, but also highly energy efficient and cost effective compared to gas cars. There was more than enough range to drive from the Vail Valley to Denver airport with nearby charging to fill up before return. In the uphill direction only stopped to charge and grab a bite to eat once in Silverthorne. Matt was responsive to all questions and special requests. I would definitely rent this car again.

Breanna was an excellent host although I have yet to rent a vehicle on touro for as much $ with as high as miles. Although it seemed to be maintained well you can get something much newer for the same price. All together was a good trip and would rent a diff vehicle from her again

Let me start by saying, Sera helped to make our trip the best we could ask for. She was very helpful and informative when it came to the mountains and the city of Denver as a whole. We were able to rent our skis and travel safely with the ski rack she provided. The car was clean and in great shape. The remote start definitely helped on those brisk Colorado mornings to warm up the car. We could not be more pleased with the choice to rent this Subaru. We were able to make changes to our trip plans and extras without a problem. If we travel back in town we hope to have this car available for us to drive again.

This was our first time using Turo and we were so fortunate to have Matt as the perfect guide and ambassador. From the very beginning our experience was so much better than expected. Matt communicated everything with us concisely and in a manner that was very approachable. Of course we decided to rent during a radical winter storm (Xylia) which ended up closing down Denver airport for almost 2 days. The Tesla was an absolute pleasure to drive. We felt incredibly safe in the snow and it was so wonderful being able to preheat the car before we set foot in it. Side note, we have a Tesla ourselves so we are very familiar with driving it and using the app. Matt gave us App access ahead of time so we were able to access controls that way too. If we had questions Matt was just a text away. He was incredibly responsive and even checked in with us to make sure we were aware of the storm and how we were doing. We had no trouble with the car at all. It is impeccably maintained and we loved driving it. We would definitely rent from Matt again.
Easy to deal with Jennifer. Car drives well and is a good choice for a family of 5. Has its quirks as an older car but we were doing a few hour road trip and not a photo shoot so who cares? I would rent this car again.
