As for any negative reviews remember believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. This car is in All American mustang. Automatic transmission or manual.(paddles) 10 speed ecoboost transmission Keyless entry. Bluetooth Compatible. Very cold ac. The car is very clean inside and out. Dark tinted windows. A lot of trunk space. CD player just incase. Cruise control for long trips. 18 in black andsilver rims. Cloth seats. Control Bluetooth and radio from the steering wheel .2 cell phone holders. The gas tank will be at a reasonable level and you only have to bring it back what you got it on. If it's full and you want to bring it back empty there is an extra charge. I will deliver to an airport for a fee agreed upon and paid at pickup. The delivery fee is negotiable based on miles driven. Must tell me before you book. Add ur phone book and messages for easy safe driving. What's left but to enjoy.

From the beginning there were several red flags I chose to overlook as I never had an issue with others and because there was no other vehicles available in time. I scheduled to pick up the vehicle was 6:30pm. The 1st message from Chris was the trip I booked was “double booked” which I’ve never heard before. 2nd, Chris was trying to get me to pick up the vehicle later then 6:30 even after I told him I had a event to attend that evening. His reasoning was the vehicle wasn’t quite “ready”. By the time I got to his residence to pick up the vehicle, it was after 7pm. Chris said the vehicle wasn’t starting! I asked him do I need to cancel, and he told me no, the battery needs a jump since it’s been sitting still.....Okay, no problem, i waited in front of his house for 15 minutes while he tried to jump the vehicle; finally when it started I got in to check everything out, and the 1st thing I noticed was the horrible odor seeped inside the seat covers, then the gas light was on E! There was no gas in the vehicle....I left straight to the gas station where I filled the tank up. When I went to start the vehicle, it wouldn’t start!! Thankfully my partner who was with me thought to open the hood and checked the battery out to see the battery cables were loose; so after playing around with them for a minute the vehicle lit up, and we were able to get it to start up! I called Chris right away to let him know, and he wouldn’t answer his phone, so I had to text him, and he replied back saying nothing should be wrong with the battery....With all that being said, we continued on to our trip. The next day we went to leave in the vehicle and again, the vehicle wouldn’t start up, but at that point we figured out it was the same issue—The vehicles battery cables. Also, the keyless key that came with the push to start vehicle had no battery, so it had to literally sit in a certain place inside the vehicle for it to recognize and start. Each and every time we started the car we would have to lift the hood to tighten the battery cables. We had rented the vehicle from Friday 28th-Monday 31st. On Sunday I contacted Chris, again to request some type of discount due to all these inconveniences, because it had not been a smooth experience at all! Rather than Chris being understanding and concerned he kept trying to “bribe” me into writing a good review in order for him to give me “20%” off our trip total. I told him I was not satisfied with 20% because that didn’t excuse all the inconveniences we went through. As a paying customer we should have never had to lift a finger under the hood to figure out what was going on! Chris kept trying to negotiate with me provided I write a positive review, and we finally agreed on a refund of $85....Well it’s been almost a week since the trip and he has yet to refund anything. I have also contented Turo Support and am waiting for a response. If I had know the issues we would experience with the vehicle I would’ve never rented this vehicle. It was a ridiculous experience.

1 min after booked trip ipolitely asked for 7. said no. ok 630.according to texts didn't text me til 650. hey 5 min .i said ten min please. he waited 5 min after arrival left. No key batt. my fault. 99 of 100 cars has a key hole under handles for locking car he called in 20 min. where is the key is placed to start This happened 2 times along trip now saying i had to fix the battery terminals a lot to start 8 days after trip. starts 100% .strange. Refund pending. Gas 27mte brought back at 12mte
