* The vehicle will be turned over to you relatively clean. As long as the vehicle is returned within normal everyday use both outside and inside you will not be charged a $50 cleaning fee. * Please inform me of any damages to the vehicle as soon as you reasonably can. * An Apple Lightning charger, Android USB-C charger, umbrella, and adjustable phone holder will be provided at no cost to you. If any of those items are not returned with the vehicle, a replacement fee of $20 per item not returned will be charged to you. * Please do not drive recklessly and obey all traffic laws.
The expectation is that the vehicle will be returned with the same amount of gas it was received with. If the vehicle is returned with less gas in the tank than initially received with, you will be charged the prepaid fuel charges.
No smoking or pets are allowed in the vehicle. If there is evidence of smoking or pets in the vehicle, you will be charged a $250 deep cleaning fee.
If you are a United States citizen, yes. Proof of insurance is a standard practice anytime a vehicle is rented from a rental car company to ensure your coverage. It is your responsibility to ensure your insurance company covers you during your rental with Turo. The Turo insurance policy states: "The third-party liability insurance coverage provided to Guests under the Travelers policy is always secondary (excess) to any other applicable insurance the Guest may have. For example, if the Guest has their own personal auto policy, it will be primary over the Turo protection."
