The car will be parked in the general area near the AT&T store, towards the Main Street 🛣️. 3. Ensure you verify the license plate number 🔢 to confirm it's the right vehicle. 🔄 **Returning the Car:** 1. **Park the car** 🅿️ in the vicinity of the AT&T store, in any available parking spot near the area. 2. **Lock the car** 🔒. 3. **Place the keys** 🔑 back in the center console. If there is an RFID pouch, please place the keys inside the RFID pouch. 4. **Notify us** 📱 via the Turo app that the car has been returned. 5. **Take pictures** 📸 of the car's exterior and interior, ensuring they clearly show the car's condition. • 📲 How do I extend my rental period?

  If you wish to extend your rental period, please initiate the request through the Turo app. It's best to do this at least 24 hours before your rental period ends to ensure availability.

• 🛣️ Will the car come activated with a toll pass?

  Yes, each car is registered for all toll roads and bridges. Toll costs are not included in the rental price, and reimbursement is requested via the Turo app at the end of your trip.

• 🚭 Is smoking permitted in the car?

  Please refrain from smoking in the vehicle. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. If smoking odors are detected, we will charge a cleaning fee of $150 to ensure the vehicle remains fresh and welcoming for all users.

• 🧹 Do we have to clean the car upon return?

  There's no need to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning it. However, if the car is returned excessively dirty due to irresponsible or abusive use, we may need to apply a cleaning fee. If a pet presence is detected, a $75 fee will be charged due to our no-pet policy.

• 🚼 Do you offer car seats?

  Absolutely! We provide car seats suitable for children of all ages. Just select the car seat add-on during your booking. Please remember to remind the agent at pick-up about your car seat needs. Note: Customers are responsible for installing the car seats due to liability reasons.
