If you rent from me and something wasn't quite to your satisfaction, PLEASE let me know as quickly as possible so I have the opportunity to make it right. ------ RE-Charging------ This car needs to be charged properly. If the battery dies on you it will cause damages to the Motor of the Tesla. You will be liable for the expenses. ------ JUST A FEW CONDITIONS ------ (1) No smoking, of any kind. If smell or evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle post trip, fees ranging between $150+ will be charged for clean up and detox. No animals allowed either without prior consent. Any animal hair or damage in the interior will be charged fully. Any abuse or mechanical damage caused to the car by unconventional usage, offroading, donuts, burnouts, excessive revving in neutral will be monitored via computers and GPS, any wear or damage caused by the above will be charged fully. (2) NO PETS! If you are traveling with a pet, i just ask that you keep the vehicle clean and free of all pet hair etc. I ask this to avoid issues with allergies. Any pet hair found in vehicles may incur additional cleaning fees. (3) The vehicle will be fully cleaned upon delivery. The car MUST be ran through a car wash and MUST be vacuumed upon return. Even if just slightly dirty on the outside if the car is returned unwashed and you did not add-on the car wash to your rental agreement, then you will be charged $50 through Turo. Please kindly ask you to make sure to return the car as it was given to you. (4) Do NOT use the car for RACING, DRIFTING or track purposes. Burnouts or track racing will not be tolerated. We personally check each thread before and after each trip. The renter will be responsible for any abuse done to the car. Also, keep in mind we have GPS that will alarm us once you get close to any car racing track. You are not allowed to enter any car racing tracks. We also have alarms in every car to let us know how you are treating our cars. Anyone racing with any of our vehicles in or out of the race track will be responsible for a $1,200 fine NO EXCEPTIONS. We kindly ask you to enjoy our beauties responsibly! (5)We have included an iphone charger cable inside of the car for your convenience. If misplaced, renters will be charged $15. (6) We ask you politely to treat this car like your own. We detail each car after every rental, so please treat the car to the best of your ability. Renter will be responsible for any scruffs, dents or scratches to the car. We keep our car in mint condition to make sure all renters are able to fully enjoy our pristine cars. NOTE: PLEASE BE AWARE RENTAL START AND END TIMES ARE EXACT. YOUR INSURANCE IS NOT ACTIVE UNTIL THE RENTAL STARTS, AND ENDS THE MOMENT YOU RETURN THE VEHICLE. If you would like to extend the rental, please let us know in advance to see if we can accommodate. At certain times we might have very small windows in between rentals, so do not show up late without prior consent. We want to make sure every customer receives their rental at the time they have requested it.
