Smoking and or vaping of anything at all is a major NO NO, in our vehicles. Even with the windows down, it is not allowed. We would like every guest, booking our vehicles, to be comfortable and not have to deal with the odor, smoking and vaping leaves behind. Any odor of either will result in a $250 fine. Please, no pets allowed! Drivers will be REQUIRED to provide a $20 deposit for tolls. In the event the amount of tolls does not equate to the deposit amount, the difference will be returned. In the event the tolls exceed the deposit amount, we will request the balance. According to Turo, we have 90 days to handle tolls. Traffic violations acquired while vehicle is in your possession, will be your responsiblity as well and need to be cleared as soon as possible. Lastly, vehicle must be returned in the same condition provided to the driver (clean, full gas tank and operable condition). Please be advised that not returning vehicle in the same contion will result in additional fees. We appreciate your cooperation! Thank you.
