Car was lovely. Besides being outdated on the audio (no Bluetooth no auxiliary) kept up very well nice convertible and the whole 9. But the service was very poor and Andrew was a stickler. Sent flight info that stated what airport i would be at and he went to another airport. Already paid him an extra $100 to deliver the car and had to catch an Uber from one airport to the next to accommodate him delivering too many cars at once. I was compensated for my Uber travel (2 days later) but then when i arrived, the first thing he said to me was no smoking weed in the car which offended me b/c I’m African American and i don’t smoke weed. He then constantly bugged me everyday throughout the trip to get a time and location to pick up the car and to change the time to a couple hours sooner to accommodate him. The guy got very annoyed as if i was in the wrong which he clearly was and got pissy several times throughout text. The car was beautiful but definitely not worth the hassle and for that. I’ll stick with Enterprise!

Outdated on Audio-I told you before you rented it did not have Bluetooth. Service poor?? Look at my reviews. Terry had not used Turo before and was messaging me pleading to pick him up at the airport and then pick up the car at the end of the rental. I normally do not do that but was trying to help him out. He sent the itinerary but he cut out where it said Southwest Airlines. Had I know. That I would not have agreed. Yes I went to IAH. I paid for his Uber. I ask everyone not to smoke anything

BEWARE! I was quite disappointed by Andrew’s Bentley. Upon arrival, he mentioned that the rear windshield had a minor leak and that I should put a towel down in the back - had I know this in advance, I would not have rented. Fast forward two hours - it started to rain and water was pouring into the back window and seat. Andrew was extremely rude, pretentious and not accommodating at all - “it’s just a leak”, not willing for me to return for a refund when it was raining all weekend long, then arguing with me when I mentioned I didn’t feel comfortable with a pool of water forming in the back window and seat. I ended up returning the vehicle 2 hours after renting it (I had planned to rent it for 4 days) and Andrew refused to refund me. It was an absolute nightmare.
