Carlos is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I've rented vehicles from other Turo providers - and I assure you... unless you've been unusually fortunate with your Turo picks, your experience with Carlos will stand out as one of your favorites... without question. In the meantime, the Avalon is a fantastic vehicle - and Carlos is meticulous about maintaining its upkeep (I've rented from him on more than one occasion - so I speak from personal experience).
Carlos was a geuine pleasure to work with. Pleasant, easygoing, and accommodating. This was my first experience with Turo - but I hope that I'm lucky enough to have a similar encounter with my next Turo provider.
