The car I rented was reported stolen after I had rent it one day. The company called and texted me that I had to return the vehicle after they took $645 out of my account the day they reported the car stolen not to mention they took $445 dollars for one day that the car was supposed to be 82 a day now i know I'm not an expert on using apps. But they wasn't even willing to help me. Just needed a car to get to work until my car was fixed. This was the most horrible experience ever renting a car.

A one day rental initially, but car was returned 2 days later . Guest was reached out too on several attempts before reported to Turo claims . I'm sorry your experience was horrible. I don't control what Turo does on their end but I do concur that my number was given verbally by co-host to contact me for any assistance needed as well as a direct message with the number in it to help you with any questions or concerns . I do feel this was a failure to communicate on guests end .
