Guidelines

Toll pass allowed. Transponder number 01604450868. The primary driver on the Turo account must be present, with a valid driver’s license to receive the vehicle. Only the primary driver or Turo approved secondary drivers may drive the vehicle. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE BY ANY DRIVER OR PASSENGER. If on board equipment detects smoking activity at any point during the rental period, a cleaning/deodorizing fee will be charged to your credit or debit card. Please plan to return the vehicle at the same cleanliness you receive it to avoid cleaning fees.

  • What if I need to keep the car longer?

    Please submit a request to extend by going into your trip, select “modify trip” and put in a new return day and time. As long as it’s not booked by another guest and you’re being a good guest, I always approve extensions.

  • Where do I pick up the car?

    Location and pick up details will be sent after receiving a photo of your DL. Details will be shared no more than 1 hour prior to your pick up time.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Absolutely no pets allowed. If evidence of pets are found, significant fees will be charged.

  • What do I do if my flight is delayed?

    We understand that delays can happen. Keep me updated. As long as the flight doesn’t cancel, the car will be waiting for you to arrive.

  • Can I use the toll road?

    Yes, the car is equipped with transponder #01604450868. You can drive through tolls that support E-ZPass.

  • How do I pay for toll usage?

    An invoice for tolls will be sent in the Turo app. Photos of charges will be uploaded in the app. Please note that’ll charges may not post on the same day and could take over 30 days to post on the toll account.

  • Can I or my passengers smoke in your car?

    What, are you nuts? Of course not! Don’t even think about it. Serious…don’t. Significant fees can and will be charged to you if smoking of tobacco or marijuana are detected. Just say no.

  • Do I have to get the car cleaned before I return it?

    You do need to return the car in the same cleanliness that you received it. I always try my best to hand over a freshly cleaned vehicle in and out. If you get it that way, please bring it back that way too avoid cleaning fees. You may purchase pre-paid cleaning to avoid having to wash the outside and vacuum the inside before bringing it back. This only covers basic cleaning and further fees may be charged if you bring it back in really bad condition.

  • Do I need to refuel the car before bringing it back?

    You need to return it with the same fuel level it had when you received it. If there is missing fuel, a reimbursement for the fuel cost will be processed through Turo.

Great service from Enicia. The instructions were detailed, specific and timely. Enicia was patient and answered each question presented to my satisfaction. Another nice touch was to have charging codes for both iPhone and Android already available in the vehicle.
