He made the process simple, was flexible, and communicated everything perfectly, all of which were my concerns with Turo opposed to a standard car rental. Our car was clean and as advertised as well. Don was an excellent host and the car was amazing. It was a last second booking after the cancellation of a different vehicle with a different host. Don delivered. Instructions were detailed and clear. Car was a head turner and drove great. It was the perfect vehicle for our exploration of Charlotte. The technology was top notch and simple to navigate. I couldn’t imagine a better host that went out of their way to accommodate me abs my changing plans, phenomenal would give them 6 stars there can’t be better hosts or communication with airport early dropoff and great car. READ the instructions and YouTube videos before you get the car it will make your experience so much better

Freddie was right on time, very responsive, perfect experience! Car was great, just as described. Only note is; bring a cigarette lighter charger if you have one, no other way to charge your phone in the car.

I have been renting cars from Turo when I travel for long periods of time and I’ve had good service most of the time. However, I have never had such an awesome experience like I had with this rental. James was courteous attentive and very accommodating to my needs at time of pick up and drop off. I am very pleased and extremely happy to have booked this car. The car was given to me spotless and it even came with alcohol wipes to wipe down surfaces for my safety. The car is amazing to get if you wanna ride in style and very sporty. This was my first experience renting with Turo. Cars made the trip super easy, he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back off. The Miata was tons of fun and was far more engaging than a normal boring automatic rental car. Would highly recommend!

Car was great. Communication was quick and helpful. Be aware of you pick up car at Charlotte Airport you will also need to parking fee depend on where and how long the car was parked. Only small issue with car was it was out of windshield washer fluid.

Tripper is a great host. He made the pick-up/drop-off very easy and comfortable. On our first day of travel, our flight got delayed 8 hrs. I felt terrible about it and he was very understanding and accommodated our delay without incident. All I had to do was text him and he responded within minutes. Upon arrival for drop-off, he met us right at the curbside of the airport. Super easy, super friendly. Thanks again for such an awesome experience!

Seriously- this car and Kunal are equally amazing. Kunal was amazingly flexible and had excellent communication both before and during the trip. The car itself was a blast to drive, and the free supercharging was a super big pro. I cannot recommend this Model S and Kunal enough, and we will certainly be booking through him again the next time we visit Charlotte.
