Another great rental experience. Jiazi is always communicative and accommodating and I very much love free vehicle delivery if renting at least a week! Highly recommend and I will be renting again!

Honestly, this car was great! Got us to so many places in California and only had to gas up twice. Perfect car for a good week long trip

Jiazi L. (Host) was good. Very responsive and fair to deal with. Note: If you pick up the car from LAX, you will have to pay up to $40 for parking. ($20 picking up and $20 dropping off). The car was OK. I did have a nail in one of the tires which had to be repaired. Big O Tires, who did the repair, suggested a number of items, which should be addressed. I know that is how garages operate. They will list off a number of things that should be looked at. They may, or may not, be needed. Thus, I feel that a 4 star rating is fair. I would be willing to deal with Jiazi L. (Host) again in the future, but may choose a different car, if she does have other cars on Turo.
