She not only responds quickly and communicates very well, but she's also understanding and completely sincere when you meet her! The process was very easy... meet with her to get your ride, do your thing until drop-off, fill up the gas, and meet her at the same spot for drop-off. She also wrote a hand-written card and it was so sweet! Her car was beautiful and clean. Just be careful riding around the city with awful roads sometimes :). Will rent again with her!
