Elantra is very clean, well maintained and kept up to date. Non-Smoking car. Gas saver. Great for business trip or longer haul. Bright lights make it a pleasure to drive at night too. To ensure a smooth transition and avoid a no-show fee, please upload the following mandatory items to “trip photos” before picking up the car and within 24 hours of the trip start: 1. A photo of your drivers license. 2. A photo of yourself holding your license. To receive the car key, please make sure your driver license information matches with the information provided on the app (such as name and date of birth). An iPASS also included for tolls roads. If used, actual tolls charges will be submitted through Turo for reimbursement after the trip. BEING LATE FOR RETURN: running late - extend your reservation accordingly. Per Turo policy it is better/cheaper for you to extend then paying late fees. CLEAN UP: I make all the efforts to provide you the cleanest condition possible. In case cleaniness is not up to your expectation, please let me know, and I will resolve it. I expect you to return the car in the same condition you received it. I make pictures of the interior/exterior before and after the trip. Please clean after yourself in case you messed up. Otherwise, refer Turo policies for Cleaning charges. (Sorry if it sounds very obvious...) NO SMOKING! Smoking fee is steep! The car is located 5 minutes from O'Hare terminals easily accessed from airport on CTA train or Uber.
