I had a great time in Charlottesville with Mitchell's Ford. When I had a question, I got a reply in less than half hour. Overall, I will book with Mitchell again in the future because of the ease of pick up and drop off. The car was great on mileage, ran well, and was clean and well maintained. Thanks for helping me make family memories!

Mitchell was great and the car was very clean and ran well. Had been a little concerned about some prior reviews that mentioned the car running rough but it's a Ford Focus with over 100k miles so it seems very well maintained and ran totally fine for us both local and highway. Would recommend.
