We provide a Contactless Option for our car retrieval. Each car has a LockBox with a code that is provided after your license verification on your Turo Reservation is verified. There is no charge to pickup the car at its home location of CLT Douglas Airport - Express Deck. But there is a Delivery Fee Charge if we jave to deliver the car in our other key locations.  Prices vary based on distance. There are 3 ways to retrieve our vehicle. All of which have individual Step by step instructions thatcwill be provide as well at Booking. ● Airport Terminal to the Express Deck.  ● Community to the Express Deck. ● Personal Delivery.  (Key hand off) Upon retrieval of the car, there will be Step by Step LockBox instructions you will receive once you are verified. Then the code to retrieve the keys. If there are any questions, we have open availability.

1) -We want ensure quality services to our customers. That's why we clean and maintain our cars in between uses. Please return our vehicles in the clean condition you received it. - PET FEE We strive to maintain a clean and dust free environment. Therefore, pets are not allowed in this car! If there is evidence of pets, we will charge you a pet cleaning fee of $150. *** If our vehicle is returned in a condition that could have resulted from irresponsible or abusive behavior, You will be charged a Violation Fee of $150 and an additional processing fee of 3%. 2) -Every car should have a full tank of Gas at the start of each rental. We ask that each car come back that way. *We offer a Prepaid Gas option that allows you to return the car as is. - There is a $10* convenience fee in addition to the cost to replace gas. 3) *** No smoking, alcohol/drug use is permitted in our vehicles by you nor your passengers. If there is evidence of violation of this policy, you will be charged $250 violation fee. 4) - CANCELLATION FEE: We are moving cars from one customer to the next, sometimes back to back with a small window to clean. We would appreciate if there is any cancellation of usage of our vehicle we be informed during turos cancellation free period. 5) - Guest No Show Policy If your Trip is two days or short, you'll be charged for 75 % of one day's trip price and trip fees. If your trip is longer than two days, you'll be charged for two days' trip price and trip fee. If you chose delivery, there will be a charge of half of any delivery fees. 6) - Return Policy** If our vehicle is returned 2 hours past your trips scheduled end time, we will charge a $20 fee, in addition to the cost your additional use of the vehicle. - Improper Return Policy - Turo may charge you a $50 Improper return fee if you fail to respond to requests to return a vehicle, abandon a vehicle, force a trip cancellation, or for other reasons determined.
