I strive to offer well-maintained vehicles at reasonable rates for your enjoyment. Kindly take care of the car to maintain its excellent condition. I highly recommend opting for unlimited mileage, as it is more cost-effective than exceeding the mileage limit. If the vehicle is not returned with a charged battery, you will incur a charge. It is advisable to pre-pay for EV charging, which includes a convenience fee charged by Turo, along with the actual charging cost. In case of delays for car drop-off or similar issues, please communicate with me in advance to make necessary arrangements. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Use the Turo phone app for check-in and check-out, ensuring Turo is informed of the pickup and return times. Only the person listed on the Turo account can handle pickup and drop-off. A valid driver's license is mandatory for vehicle pickup, as per Turo's policy. Upload interior and exterior photos to ensure Turo's coverage for cleaning or damage claims. NO EARLY PICKUPS OR LATE RETURNS Turo's insurance covers the vehicle only during the rental period. Late return fees apply, so extend the trip before it ends to avoid additional charges. Extensions are not possible once the return time has passed. Inform me at least 1 hour ahead if you plan to return earlier. No refunds for early returns or shortened rental periods outside of Turo’s policy. CLEANING Return the car in a mess-free condition. Smoking and pets (including service animals) are strictly prohibited. Turo fines up to $250 for violations. I take pride in delivering a well-maintained car, and I expect it to be returned in the same condition. RETURNING CAR Return the car with a full tank/battery or as received. Turo fines up to $250 for returning a dirty or sandy car. You may use any car wash/vacuum facility of your choice. CHARGES Damaged or dented rims will result in a charge of $250 or more per rim for repair or replacement. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION No speeding, racing, or off-roading is allowed. Be cautious about parking to avoid tickets and towing. Failure to address tickets incurs Turo fees, late fees, court fees, and collection fees. If towed, I may need to be present to retrieve the vehicle, potentially causing delays. Improper and late return fees will apply in such cases. Ensure the car is returned to the original pickup location to avoid improper return fees. If you have concerns about these guidelines, please refrain from booking.
