1. The car is hand wash only. DO NOT put this car through a car wash. 2. The guest will be responsible for all super-charging costs on a pay-as-you-go basis. Unlike most rental car companies with gasoline, we do not profit off of this cost. We simply send you the exact cost. Supercharging is around $8 per 100 miles. 3. Car comes with at least 3/4 tank of charge. Please return the car with the same amount of charge you received it with. If not, OPT FOR THE CHEAPEST PRE-PAY CHARGING anywhere! ⚡️🔌 4. Do NOT leave car with under 15 miles of charge over night or for time periods of longer than 8 hours. If the charge reaches 0%.. it must be towed to a charging location. 5. 🚭 No smoking. 6. 🚫🐕 No pets. 7. ⚡️ There is an idling fee when you supercharge the vehicle and do not move when it reaches its full charge. The fee escalates as it continue to sit at the charging station plugged in. To avoid additional fees, i.e. cleaning/charging/curb rash/smoking/pets, please return the car as it was presented to you.

• I am confused and do not know how to navigate through the options, help?

  There are tutorials on the menu that teaches you how to properly use each function and where the vehicle options are. I am also one call/text away if you need any help at all.

• How do you charge an electric car? 🔌

  North Carolina has a large charging network along with two Superchargers. The nearest one charger is conveniently 10 minutes from the cars pickup location. On the big screen in the center of the car there is a map. On that map you can see all tesla supercharging locations. When you type in your destination on the map, it will automatically route you past any superchargers required in order to reach your destination! You could also download PlugShare which will locate chargers for you.

• Can I charge the vehicle at my house or hotel? 🏠 🏨

  By request, I can leave you with a charging cable if you would like to try out charging the Tesla at your home or hotel. With the portable charger, it will charge at 4mph via a standard outlet. I recommend using the supercharging network but also understand if you would like to charge at home so just ask 💬. Remember that you are responsible for keeping the cable safe if you decide to charge at your hotel.

• How do I use Autopilot? ✈

  Great question! To use autopilot, while on the expressway, simply double tap down on the gear selector to the right of the steering wheel. That simple! (Make sure to keep your hands on the steering wheel while car is in Autopilot mode. Autopilot does not replace an attentive driver.)

• What happens if I take the express lane?

  If you decide to take the express lane then you will be billed for it as well.
