Don was an excellent host and the car was amazing. It was a last second booking after the cancellation of a different vehicle with a different host. Don delivered. Instructions were detailed and clear. Car was a head turner and drove great. It was the perfect vehicle for our exploration of Charlotte. The technology was top notch and simple to navigate. I would highly recommend this host and this vehicle.

I wanted to locally rent a luxury vehicle for my birthday weekend but none of the local car rental establishments had anything that I was interested in. I wanted a Mercedes so I Googled luxury rental cars and I came across Turo. I was a little bit unsure at first because I had never heard of this company before. But to make a long story short, it was an amazing experience. The car was just what I wanted. And more importantly, this company was with me every step of the way. They gave very detailed instructions on how to pick up, access and return the car. They were even there during my trip to make sure there were no problems. Didn't feel like you were just out there alone not knowing how this thing works. It was awesome and I plan to use them again as well as refer my family and friends to them.
Hands down one of the best experiences I have had since hearing about this car rental service. Not only was Kunal flexible he was very accommodating, I recommend driving this car anytime you visit Charlotte I know I will.

We took the car to Asheville for the day on a date for Valentine’s weekend. It was just jaw dropping cool. What a dope car, I hated to give it back and get back in my focus. Parker was so helpful. I got there a lil early, he walked me through the basics thouroughly. And he was a really polite person. I had an issue with the door locks and he responded in under a min to reset it. Everything else went smooth. Charging was easy to access. It was a good time to just chill with my girl and talk during charging. With COVID-19 raging we got take out and ate while it charged. Doesn’t make sense for a really long trip unless you plan on really taking your time. It was an amazing experience. Coolest car I’ve ever driven by far!

Clearly he is a professional from the way the car was made ready clean and sterilized to Covid standards. I loved every minute driving this car it was from a dealer which I find to be better because you really don’t have to vacuum or anything like that when turning it in because they detail the car, you have to fill the tank and of course make sure there is no damages. The sales associate was lit!

I have been renting cars from Turo when I travel for long periods of time and I’ve had good service most of the time. However, I have never had such an awesome experience like I had with this rental. James was courteous attentive and very accommodating to my needs at time of pick up and drop off. I am very pleased and extremely happy to have booked this car. The car was given to me spotless and it even came with alcohol wipes to wipe down surfaces for my safety. The car is amazing to get if you wanna ride in style and very sporty. James thank you for your amazing service. I will definitely be booking again.

This was my first time using Turo and I highly recommend it as well as Yusuf. I rented the jaguar f type s and the car was amazing. One of the best cars I’ve driven so far. Yusuf made everything easy and simple. The f type was a great car instead of your run of the mill rental car. I have family here in Charlotte and will definitely be renting from yusuf again

Listen, it’s a PORSCHE TURBO S.... I could end my review right there but I want to give Jason his full credit lol. So this is a fully functional, well kept, great looking Porsche Turbo S. It’s not some rundown version. The convertible top looks really good along with the leather seats also. That says a lot about Jason and how he’s keeping this beautiful machine. It looks overall gorgeous, drives well and gives you the driving experience of a lifetime if you don’t currently own or have owned a Porsche. As someone who has owned a Boxster S. This experience makes me want to find a used Turbo S. Absolutely incredible. As for Jason, he’s a straight shooter. Great communication, has the car ready for you and when you return it, the process goes quick. He reminds me of myself when I used to rent cars on this platform and the old one called Relay Rides. If you are not a confident, responsible driver or you have not dealt with horsepower like this before, spend the money for the additional insurance. Otherwise enjoy, you can’t find a better car experience and price wise in the greater Charlotte area. Thank you Jason, I’ll be in touch when I’m back in town!!!!

Man oh man! The Tesla model 3 with autopilot is absolutely the way to go. My business partner and I took a trip from Charlotte to Florida and decided to do it in a tesla. Kunal's ride was super smooth and fit the bill perfectly. We were able to pick up near South Park and the process was very easy. I highly suggest that you brush up on your model 3 features before getting to the vehicle so that you can take advantage of all that it has to offer. We did this via YouTube for about 30 minutes and it made all the difference! We also had EVERY question answered via youtube thereafter. We were able to hop in and get rolling fairly quickly. The new sensation of driving an all electric vehicle was not overshadowed by "how the heck do I get this thing in drive!?!" Be prepared to get the looks while driving the model 3. You'll most definitely stop at charging stations near gas stations and you will undoubtedly be waved over or walked up to, to answer a bunch of cool questions like how does it drive and how long does it take to charge, but it's really cool sharing your experience with other folks. I'm always looking for vehicles that are stylish and exotic and anyway that I don't have to pay for gas I'm all about it! Driving from Charlotte to Florida and back was super easy with the TV screen size map seamlessly showing you where to stop and grab a charge along your way. This car is the future and I highly suggest you try Kunal's out to see what it looks like. PS: I saved my rap beats on the vehicle so have fun.

The car was super clean and well cared for. They eagerly worked towards making things easy for me, both during the pick up and the return. This was the best experience I have had with a car rental! Kunal is a great, very trustworthy person. Even though there was an issue with me getting the car back on time he made sure he could drive me to the airport so I didn’t miss my flight. If I could give him a 10 I would. Plus his cars are good for the environment! I will make sure to always use his cars when I come to the area!
This was my first Turo rental, and I have to say that the commercial car rental places need to beware. This was an excellent experience, nothing like I've ever I had before before. He consistently provided help to resolve any hurdle 2) Professional, seamless operation: Sean’s a pro’s pro at renting cars, and he’s thought of everything. From convenient transportation from the airport, to car wash included, to a video that explains the pickup process! 3) Network of support: Everyone you interact with along the way (shuttle drivers, hotel staff, even car wash employees) know-and very clearly like—Sean.
