-NON-SMOKING POLICY As a family-friendly vehicle, absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed. Violations will incur a $150 fine if any smoke smell or residue is detected inside the car. -CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Please return the car clean inside and out to avoid a $150 cleaning charge. Feel free to use any SUPERSTAR car wash free of charge, courtesy of our included membership. -FUEL Return the vehicle at the same gas level as when you received it otherwise there will be a $10 charge + cost of fuel. -LATE RETURN POLICY If you anticipate being late for the car drop-off, please contact me to request an extension through Turo. Timely communication can help avoid a late fee. Please note, Turo's policy may impose a fee if the car is not returned within 30-60 minutes of the scheduled time. -PET AND TRAVEL POLICIES No pets allowed. A $150 fee will be charged for any violation of this policy. Driving the car outside of the United States is strictly forbidden. -RESPECT AND CARE We take pride in keeping our vehicles in top condition and ask that you treat the car with respect, as if it were your own. The car was great - super clean and it ran really well. Check in & pick up process was smooth and easy. Be prepared to pay quite a bit for parking if you pick up at the airport - the car had been dropped off the day before and parking was almost $30. I didn’t know this would be the case. Still good good experience, though.
