The car was extremely clean and full of fuel! And Shahnawaz was so great with communication and flexible when I needed to pick up the night before my trip. He even included a phone charger and aux cord. I appreciated him so much and would definitely rent again.
This was one of the best experiences with Turo I’ve had. Randy made the trip that much more awesome with his peppy 5-speed turbo Jetta. Not only was it apparent that the car was well-taken care of, but pick-up and drop-off process was seemless with timely replies both through the app and through text message. Randy even altered the drop-off so that I didn’t have to Uber/Lyft from the spot to the airport, but rather, he personally took me there himself. And, he even offered to cover the gas usage himself! Amazingly great guy!! I will definitely rent from him next time I’m flying into Newark!!!
