Thank you so much Oscar! I can't express how grateful I am to Oscar, having to change my drop off time twice and Oscar was so kind and accommodating. The car was perfect VERY CLEAN, good gas mileage and drove smooth. I will be recommending my family & friends. I visit Virginia often and will rent again. To anyone who is looking for a reliable and clean vehicle to rent you should definitely rent from Oscar.

Claude was great at communicating and the car was great. Car is great on mileage and the small car was ideal for parallel parking even though there isn’t a rear view camera. I would recommend Claude’s to anyone!

It is my first time to use Turo and Claude was easy to deal with and I will definitely do Business with him again, his car is nice and clean and convenient to take you from point A to point B, his car is very close to Airport so a free shuttle will take you to the car and pick you up in the return day

Definitely recommend Claude & this car. PHENOMENAL on gas. Great for quick uturns, if you're visiting Baltimore this will be incredibly helpful. Flew in from BWI. Got to car via free & fast shuttle. A no contact exchange. Claude was easy to communicate with for the trip and allowed me to extend my rental when my trip plans changed. Also was accommodating when I arrived on a later flight than planned. Car was more spacious inside than it appeared. Just FYI, if using Bluetooth in car, it has a safety where you can't connect unless the car is stopped. When stopped all the options etc will appear.

This was my first time using Turo, and it was so convenient! Communication was quick and timely with Oscar for whatever questions/concerns I had. They even had a car phone mount and charging cables set up already - so thoughtful. Being able to just pick up at BWI arrivals and drop off at BWI departures was very convenient. I rented the 2020 Dodge Challenger Red-eye Widebody Hellcat. Best rental ever! Not only did this fulfill a bucket list item for me, it also showed me that it's possible to get amazing customer service on Turo. I've rented many cars from Turo and this was my best experience by far. Bashar had the car ready on time, he was very responsive to my questions, the car was immaculate, he let me test out the full potential of this car and the car drove perfectly! Also wanted to mention something else about this host, Bashar. He drove 6 HOURS (3 each way) to resolve a misunderstanding we had. Who does that? Amazing. If you ever want to rent one of the fastest cars in the world, rent Bashar's Red-eye Widebody Hellcat!! Thanks again Bashar!

I solely drove this to see if I wanted to purchase another BMW and I tell you what I’m definitely leaning towards that direction. Some people will never understand my relationship with BMW until they own one. To Nekia she was very accommodating and understand professional.

My first time renting a car that I have to pickup at a airport lot. Wasn't sure about it but it turned out to be very easy . Hop on the free shuttle to the lot five minutes away and enter code to get the keys. Sure beats the rental counter at a traditional car rental. Host also communicated well and made this first experience very smooth.

Esther has truly earned her reputation as an All-Star host! She communicated clearly and made sure we found the car without problems. Check-in was very simple. Will definitely keep her in mind if I ever need to rent a car in MD again.
