Renting with Cisco was my initiation to Turo. And as my first experience, both Cisco and his Scion XD couldn’t have been better! I’d especially recommend Cisco if you’re brand new. If you’re like me and just discovering Turo, renting an individual’s vehicle, and directly from them, can be intimidating - and the process a bit confusing. I arrived at pickup with so many questions. Cisco was not only happy to provide answers, he gave me a rundown of the trip process from both the renter and rent-ee perspectives. He completely calmed my worries. And his Scion XD was exact to the pictures - of which he had many on his listing. The car was in almost perfect condition inside and out. It also had that pleasant, just-washed-by-a-dealership smell, like a lot of commercial rentals have. He had all of the doors and trunk open when I arrived - ready for the thorough and honest inspection of the car he’d proceed to lead me through. Top notch professionalism! When it came to my trip - I was primarily using the car to get to/from my long-distance job in LA - so the car underwent A LOT of driving. The ride was smooth, easy to drive - without any sort of wheel pulling or other maintenance issues, and was pleasantly unremarkable! But where I THOROUGHLY appreciated renting with Cisco was when it came to his responsiveness and flexibility. My car was in the shop for an undetermined amount of days. At pickup I had to request a time change, and later on my trip I’d need to both request more hours, and eventually request additional days. With Cisco it was seamless! Any time I’d message he’d reply typically within 30mins - usually much less! And I had to make a trip change at like almost 3am one day...and he promptly replied then too. Overall - you’re getting exactly the reliable, in excellent condition, Scion XD that you expect. But what made it worth it - Cisco’s service, professionalism, and flexibility. I’ll recommend him to anyone needing a rental. He made me a Turo believer! Thank you Cisco for a wonderful experience! I hope you’re still renting when I need a car again. I’ve got my eye on that Tesla! ☺️

This Prius was awesome! Pick up and drop off with Nicolai was easy, and no fuss, which is the best reason to rent through Turo. No hassles at all. And this car was perfect for a little road trip—the gas mileage was amazing! We are super happy we rented with Nicolai—we recommend it highly!

Best slingshot I have rented. The one prior to this was good but this one was even better! The sun cover was really helpful in the heat so keep that in mind before renting one without a cover. You will burn in the sun! Thanks to Jason that didn’t happen. Jason was very friendly and on time. I will be renting it again in the future.

Jae was very communicative and responded in a timely manner, even when my trip went over he accommodated me and worked with me. He was very professional. The car is a beauty , definitely enjoyed the trip and I loved the radio it was super easy to connect to. I would definitely book this vehicle again in the future.

Nicolai's car was an awesome choice. We went off on a road trip and had no issues. We drove everywhere in Utah and only stopped for gas about 3-4 times so it definitely saved us a lot of gas. It was a smooth sailing adventure from start to finish.

Nicolai was quick responding, courteous, flexible, patient as well as his wife too. His Hyundai Sonata was very clean, and was an awesome vehicle for the trip I needed it for. Great car, no problems. would rent again for those long trips. Didn’t get 50 MPG on the highway but that’s excepted with a hybrid which is more efficient in the city

A-W-E-S-O-M-E Experience! Cisco really Takes Care of His Cars. The Sling Shot looks Brand new for being a 2016. The sling Shot is one of a kind. If you want to ride around the town, to the Beach in cool way this is the Car to do it in. Would definitely rent again .

This thing was bad ass! We did a family function, where everyone in my family went on turo to rent one, and we spent the day driving up the coast. Mine (Jason's) was by far the best one! They were all jealous. Even though theirs were pretty cool too! Trust me, if you're thinking of renting one of these, get Jason's!! You won't be disappointed.. 5 stars! Already showed my friends the videos of our trip, and now they all want to do it. I'll be sure to book mine first, so I know I'll get Jason's again. Thanks for everything man! The day was sweet!

First time renting from Ivan and it was smooth and had no issues. Ivan replies quick and answered any and all questions I had. The mustang itself was in good condition, full tank, and was ready to be picked up at the allocated time and location. Ivan went above and beyond when I left my sunglasses inside the car, allowing me to return the next morning to grab them. I would not hesitate rent the mustang or from Ivan again!
