*** No Smoking Policy*** (Please Read) We strive for customer excellence with guest enjoying our vehicles being the main part of a great experience with our company. This cannot happen with smoking occurring in our vehicles, which has been an issue. Going forward, there will be $250.00 charge for smoking in the vehicle. So please, we ask that you do not smoke in the vehicle. Thank you. If you haven't prepaid the fuel, we ask that you please return vehicle with full tank of gas or gas refill fee $100.00 will apply.

• What is the remote pick-up and remote drop-off option? How do I upload required trip photos for remote pick-up / drop-off option?

  Remote pick-up option: You will do the check-in process to pick-up the vehicle without your Host being present. Remote drop-off option: At the end of your trip you will drop the vehicle off at a designated location without your Host being present. ****Trip photos are required for remote pick-up / drop-off option**** The instructions for remote pick-up / drop-off are as follows: (1) Please upload a photo of your driver license to trip photos. (2) Please upload a photo of yourself holding your license. (3) Take 4 trip photos of the vehicle. The first picture would be the front of the vehicle, the second picture would be the back of the vehicle, the third picture would be the passenger side of the vehicle and the forth picture would be the side of the vehicle. You will then upload these photos by going to your reservation page scrolling down and where it says “add photos” tap there to upload. If you have any questions regarding this process you can message me through the Turo app, ill be happy to help.

• How do I extend my trip?

  Go in trip details and click on extend trip. As long as the car is available I will approve it. Please make sure to extend before the current trip ends.

• What happens if I smoke in the vehicle?

  We have had a continued issue with our vehicles being smoked in which has created a bad experience for our guest renting. Our team has constantly educated passed guest on the importance of following the rules of not smoking in our vehicles because of fees that could be imposed, which we have waived such fees in the past($250.00 fee imposed for smoking in vehicle) as a customer courtesy. Going forward charges will apply for any sign of smoking that occurs in our vehicle. Fees cover car having to be de-listed 24 up to 72 hours to allow smoke smell to clear the interior of the car cabin. We then have the interior deep cleaned and the cabin air filter replaced. This is a costly and timely process. So please, we ask that you do not smoke in the car. Thank you.

• Will car come activated with toll pass?

  Car will come equipped with toll pass that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. No additional charge will apply for using toll roads at this time.
