Not so happy with service,costumer service on pick up was poor but drop off was easy

Acquired car, used car, returned car. No problems. One heads up for other potential renters — the sign outside on Spencer Street says "zoom car rental" and the rental office is down in the garage.

This a car rental company called Zoom car rentals. They were quick to respond. Drop off and pick up were also very easy although the garage was slightly creepy, and trashy to enter. My only critique was the car was not completely clean when I received it it had some dirt on the floors and crumbs and a few tiny pieces of broken glass in the back seat but it drove perfectly fine.

This is very clean car. I hope it is kept that way with everyone’s common sense. I strongly recommend this renting place— much better than the other one at Barclays Ctr.
