What should I expect when picking up the car at BNA?
The car will be ready and waiting your arrival into Nashville. You will receive the lockbox code at your schedule pick-up time via Turo messages. Upon exiting the parking lot, BNA will charge $15 for use of the lot. When you return the car, the same fee applies.
What is the 6% Aiport Fee for?
The 6% Airport Transaction Fee is remitted to BNA for conducting Turo Business on Airport Property. All Guests who book a car at BNA, should pick-up their car at BNA— not another parking lot off site that requires an Uber or Shuttle. The Host does not retain any portion of this fee. All rental car companies at the airport charge this fee.

Car ran well and was clean and well maintained. It did cost $20 to drive the car out of the lot at the airport and another $20 to drop the car back off at the airport (an additional $40 total), which was unexpected, but all-in-all still worth it.

Very conveniently located at the airport and this made car pick up and drop off super simple. The car drove perfectly and was in mint condition. Randal was also extremely timely in communicating. 7 star experience!

My experience was so easy and smooth. The car ran great and was in excellent condition. Very cute color!! It’s the perfect car to get around Nashville especially if you are considering having a car that doesn’t utilize a ton of gas. I’d definitely rent from Randal again.
