Guidelines
Some common rules: Please read all Turo policies. Please note that by renting the vehicle, you are agreeing to the following: (1) TESLA IDLE FEE: If charging at a Tesla supercharging station please unplug as soon as charging is complete and move the car otherwise idle fees of $1 per minute will apply (2) CHARGING LIMIT: DO NOT change the charging limit on the car or it will be an automatic $100 penalty (3) The car should remain at or above 20% (60 miles or more) charge at all times so that the battery is not damaged. If the car falls lower than 10% of the total battery capacity (30 miles or less) an additional service fee of $100 will be incurred (4) If you return the car with less than 50% of the total charge (150 miles) an empty tank fee will be incurred (5) If the car battery is fully depleted (0 miles left), the vehicle will need to be towed to the nearest charging station and a dead battery fee of $200 will be incurred plus tow charges (6) Neither pets nor smoking are allowed in the vehicle. If either are detected a $250 detailing fee will be incurred. NO SMOKING/NO PETS (7) Please do not wash the exterior of the car at a traditional car wash (use touchless wash only if the car gets much dirtier than the state it was given to you) (8) EZ pass will be provided and you will be billed for tolls at the end of the trip (9) Please try to return and pick up the vehicle on the said times and let me know if your flight has been delayed so I will make arrangements accordingly
