I rented a Mercedes that was suddenly unavailable 5 minutes into my reservation start time. Host has a clear pattern of accepting reservations across the many vehicles he lists only to switch to a Toyota Corolla at the last minute. I was left with no choice but to take the alternative as I had somewhere to be, and was still charged the full price for a clear downgrade. Beware!!

Car arrived dirty and wasn’t filled full. I originally booked an audi a6, but due to a flat we were given a toyota corolla which I felt like was a downgrade. Other than that, car was very gas efficient and gets you to where you wanna be.
