Super easy pickup and great car.

I NEVER leave reviews but I had to this time... Hermann is a lifesaver. While on our trip I inexplicably managed to break the Tesla key card. I messaged him and within about 15 minutes he had remotely started the car and we were on our way. We were on a tight schedule so what could have been a major problem was solved due to Hermann's quick response and service. Thanks Hermann!
