GUIDELINES WARNING‼️ Please note that by renting the vehicle, you are agreeing to the following: 1. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING within the vehicle. There is a $200 cleaning fee penalty for smoking. 2. Curb rash to the rims will result in a $100-$150 fee per rim that is damaged. 3. TESLA IDLE FEE: If charging at a Tesla supercharging station, please unplug as soon as charging is complete and move the car; otherwise, idle fees of $1 per minute will apply. 4. CHARGING LIMIT: DO NOT change the charging limit on the car, or it will be an automatic $100 penalty. 5. The car should remain at or above 20% (60 miles or more) charge at all times so that the battery is not harmed. If the vehicle falls lower than 10% of the total battery capacity (30 miles or less), an additional service fee of $100 will be charged. 6. If the car battery is fully depleted (O miles left), the vehicle will need to be towed to the nearest charging station, and a dead battery fee of $200 will be charged plus tow fees. 7. THE CAR WILL ALWAYS BE DELIVERED CLEAN WITH A FULLY Charged. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RETURN IT IN THE SAME CLEAN CONDITION UNLESS YOU SELECTED THE POST-TRIP EXTRAS. 8. • Is charging included?

  Charging is not included with the rental. The car will come with 50% or more battery. You will be billed for charging once your trip is complete. So long as you go to superchargers, you will not need a credit card to charge. It is billed directly to the car.

• I’ve never driven a Tesla before; how do I “start” the car?

  Simply place the key card on the platform behind the cup holder between the front seats. While the foot is on break, take the right stick next to the steering wheel and push/click it down to D (drive) on the gear list. You’re ready to drive! To put the car back in Park, put the foot on the break and push the top of the gear stick into P (park). The car is stopped in Park!

• How do I control airflow & HVAC?

  Swipe your finger up from the bottom of the screen. Airflow settings will appear.

• Does a Tesla drive like a normal car?

  No. This car is electric, which means the acceleration is instant. Despite being a family sedan, this car is as fast as most high-performance sports cars. While driving, you will notice that when you take your foot off the gas, you will immediately decelerate. This will take about 10 to 15 minutes to get used to then you will be a pro.

• What are some of the things to be careful of when driving this car?

  In Boston, we have ancient streets and potholes. Watch for potholes because you might pop a tire, and watch the curb when parking. This car can get its rims scratched easily. Besides that, this is one of the safest cars ever produced.
