Nice guy. Car had roaches in it I have video of it Turo wanted to give me $30 in Turo bucks I said it’s costing me $100 to get the exterminator spray my house to make sure I don’t have any roaches in there from that car. Not very happy with the experience. I had it for the price I paid for everything I was renting from Avis or someone else next time. Felt very insulted and trying to offer me $30 in Touro bucks and then 50 I said it wasn’t the money, there’s appointment even if you have an a video who want me to show them the receipt of the exterminator in order to put a claim in. Feel like a Mickey Mouse operation to me. When I told the owner of the car insured in the video he was like oh OK I’ll bomb it. No oh my gosh I’m so sorry. Nothing like that. But his actions, it seem like he already knew they were in there.

Had hundreds of rentals as everyone can see nobody before claimed that , probably customer looking for extra money by getting the car like that . Gave the car dirty never renting to him again

Speedy & Great Gas Mileage, Italo was very helpful and explained about the car. Easy to communicate with and can't wait to go back and try his food at the food truck!!
