Pickup and return was hassle free. Christie parked the car where it was easy to get to at the airport and I simply came and unlocked the key from the lockbox. My trip was only one day but the car drove great! Very clean! I connected my phone to the Bluetooth and I was off to the races! Plenty of pickup and it handled surprisingly well! All communication was clear and professional.

From the very start Lacey and her husband have been nothing but nice and understanding I had to get my car fixed and needed their car longer than expected and they understood and had no problem with me holding on to it longer than expected. They were so nice! They met me at the airport so I didn’t have to drop the driver at home, they just hopped in their waiting car. They showed me all controls. They dropped me at the airport for drop off after I met them in cell phone parking lot. They were pleasant and professional! It was my first time using this app - they hit it out the ball park 💗!
