Extremely easy pick-up and drop-off from the airport. Host was communicative. Car was clean and straightforward to drive. 4 stars since there was an issue with the air in the tire.

Generally a very good trip. Easy explanation of where to find and how to access the car. I appreciated the host letting me know, even before I got to the airport, that the original drop-off parking lot was full and directed me where to drop the car off instead.
One item for improvement would be more transparency that the "free" airport pick up requires the driver to pay to exit the parking lot, which in my case cost about $10. There was no notice in the car's listing about this extra cost, and while the post-booking message referenced it, it could have been made clearer.
