POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL MEANING: IF YOU END THE TRIP EARLY YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO PAY THE REMAINDER OF THE TRIP NO EXCEPTIONS - Must present valid driver license - Return gas at level it was picked up - Please be on time ESP for vehicle return - $20 late return fee per hour late up to 4 hrs PLUS additional day charge - If you are ticketed for any reason please let me know immediately upon return - Please clean out trash - Please clear out all belongings upon return - Please no eating, drinking or smoking in the vehicle. -NO ANIMALS AT ALL ❗️ IF I FIND ANYTHING THAT SHOWS YOU HAD AN ANIMAL IN MY CAR A $250 CLEANING FEE WILL BE ADDED *RENTER IS REQUIRED TO RETURN VEHICLE IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS DELIVERED *EXTERIOR MUST BE CLEAN AND INTERIOR CLEAR OF ANY TRASH OR BELONGINGS. CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR CARS RETURNED IN UNCLEAN CONDITION*

His initial communication comes off as unprofessional and a bit much. Especially for the car not being clean upon arrival. The gas was filled and the car rode smoothly.

Unfortunately due to past trips I have to state what I expect and the rules of the trip from the very beginning and even in this case you didn’t bring the vehicle back the way you found it so stating these terms and conditions are very key to ensure the next guest has an amazing Experience
