Lenier returned my vehicle smoked in and with ashes. Turo has a zero tolerance on smoking in these vehicles.

Host is quick to try to nail you for extra charges and take advantage of you. Be sure to have all your own documentation as he is dishonest and quick to jump on any opportunity to get more money from you.

Evidence was clear about the before and after fuel levels. Folks, the rules are simple. Return it with same fuel provided or be billed. I run a business not a charity. Ultimately, Turo sees the data once a dispute is created and agrees based on the evidence there.
