Communication with Erik was good and easy.
For starters I am sensitive to smells and asked to make sure there was no chemical air fresheners in the car, like some previous rentals I had, and he did make sure of that!
The issue came in when I had to wait for a person at the airport to bring me keys.
There were a couple things with maintenance like the sunroof didn’t open or close, which meant the sun was shining directly in my eyes the entire time I was driving.
There seemed to be some sort of whistling sound that occurred after you went over 70 miles an hour on the interstate.. and the last evening when I went to put fuel,
I had some issues with the fuel door opening that eventually were resolved. As stated before,
Erik did respond quickly and effectively to all the concerns that I had.
The car drove comfortably and was clean inside!
I do realize that I am extra sensitive to things like bright lights, smells, and high pitched sounds so this may not affect anyone else.
