My rental with Ronke was a good experience. He met me curbside at the airport, and I dropped the car off in the garage and left it for him on my return. The car was clean and worked out great for me. Ronke even blocked out usage of the car for a few days after my initial return date in case I needed to extend the rental. I did need to extend the rental so this was helpful not to have to worry about returning the car before I was ready to leave.
Excellent communication, everything was a breeze. This was my first turo AND I forgot my wallet in the back of the Uber that brought me to the car but he was so helpful and patient. Had to adjust the trip length too, and got distracted at work and forgot to do it but he reminded me a few times. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again!

Aleah's Model 3 Performance was amazing! This was my first Turo rental. I rented the car for a few days while visiting family in CT. Pickup and dropoff at the airport was convenient. Communication was excellent. I'm a fan of Tesla but I'd never driven one. I was seriously impressed! This car is the future. I can't wait till I need a new one... Maybe I won't? I would recommend Aleah's Model 3 to anyone familiar with EVs or looking to see what one would be like to own. I would definitely book this car again.

Great trip! The Mercedes was in great shape and got us through the tough weather I’m that area. Easy to drive and definitely a great price! Glad I found this vehicle to rent while I was in town.
Overall I had a good trip. I interacted only with Frank. The car was clean and the transaction smooth. I wanted to extend the trip, and Frank & Gavin went out of their way to help make it happen (Turo doesn't make it easy!). In the end there were some issues related to price that were unavoidable, so we had to end early, but Frank & Gavin were understanding and accommodating.

The pickup and drop off process was very quick and easy, the car itself was great and clean. I appreciate there already being phone chargers in the car so I didn’t have to dig through my luggage after getting off the plane to find my charger right away. Would rent again.
