Couldn’t have asked for more!! So kind and so flexible. Got to meet Jon’s son when I returned “Safira” (the name of their Tesla S 85) when I turned the car in. It was pouring rain. He was so polite! And very concerned about me getting wet. Was a complete joy to rent from them. If I am ever in need of a car in Baton Rouge again this will be my “go to” car. Thanks Jon!

Car was very clean. Dennis was fast at responding. Overall the trip went perfect but the car has almost 111,000 miles on it and the brakes were kinda sketchy. To some the miles won’t matter but for the longer trips I’d consider them. As for the brakes, they weren’t the best. Everything else was perfect.
Troy offered a different car than the Chevy Cruze, because the Cruze had problems. He offered a Nissan Sentra. When I arrived, the Nissan had problems, so he had a Corvette waiting for me! Talk about amazing service and recovery!!! The bright yelliw Vette was fun and made a great story for my business meeting. I might be concerned about the age/maintenance of Stephens fleet, especially since two cars had issues and couldn't be rented, but the service and concern for getting me taken care of was exceptional. And the Vette was fun!

This was my first experience with Turo. Have to say it was great! The car was delivered promptly and the procedure was explained by Troy well. The car was in very good condition mechanically and the ride was smooth. Return (pick up) was a breeze. Thanks guys! Will rent from you again.

Stephen and Troy was great! Pick up and drop off was easy and convenient. He was there at the airport for me when I got off the plane & he was on time.
