Things to expect during your reservation ✨️ ✅️ Great customer service before and during your trip. ✅️ A cleaned and disinfected vehicle before each rental. ✅️ ️Trip modifications will be made when possible. Important guidelines (please read)📋 🚭 No smoking of any kind allowed inside the vehicle (smoking in the car will result in a $150 smoking fee.) 🚯 Please treat the vehicle like it's your own and dispose of trash and debris properly. 🚫 No pets are allowed inside the car. ⛽️ Please remember to fill up the gas tank completely before returning the vehicle to avoid a refueling fee.

The car ended up breaking down in the middle of my trip so I didn't get to use it during my whole stay but the was super help me when I told him!

Unfortunately, this was a normal wear-and-tear issue that can occasionally arise with any vehicle. Please rest assured that I take the mechanical condition of my cars very seriously, and the issue has since been professionally repaired to ensure it does not happen again.
