I apologize for the complication with the initial vehicle that you booked. However, I promptly offered you a newer vehicle replacement at no additional cost to you. You did not mention any concerns with the replacement vehicle until after your trip ended and after driving it for 130+ miles. The issues you reported were later reviewed and invalidated by myself, a mechanic and the guest before you. The 70+ guests who all rated this vehicle 5-stars are a testament to its quality and reliability.
