Incredible experience from start to finish! Steve is by far the best host I have dealt with and hands down best customer service I've had in a long time. Very informative, very accomodating, super friendly and polite. The Tesla we rented was a blast to drive, Mesa to Grand canyon to Lower antelope canyon and back during our short visit to Arizona. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a first class rental experience. Cant wait to book our next trip back and try Steve's Rubicon for a little Sedona trip.

Eric was FANTASTIC! Fiat 500 was exactly what we expected and a fun little car to get around in. First time using TURO; waaaaay better than traditional rental car companies that are always trying to trick you into squeezing out another dollar. Eric was great and patient about communicating with us TURO newbies. Eric had the car waiting in the front row of hourly parking (Mesa Gateway airport). Drop off equally easy. Our trip ended prematurely due to corona; Eric was super cool about allowing us to change our rental period...very much appreciated.

We had a great experience renting the Mercedes SLK350. The retractable hardtop was perfect for our sunny Arizona vacation. Brandon was prompt in answering all of our questions and treated us well. I will definitely rent the little red Mercedes on my next trip to Arizona!

We wanted something sportier than what we could get from traditional car rental at an affordable price. The BMW did not disappoint. Dan met us at the airport and made it easy to return. The car was very clean and well kept. It ran great and we had fun with the convertible. We would definitely do this again and use Dan for our next trip.

the 2016 Ford Fiesta was a pleasure to drive. i very much appreciate the car delivered to the Mesa Gateway airport- which isn’t serviced very well by major rental companies. Josh is very easy to communicate with, which was great!

Very easy pickup. Owner was friendly and intuitive about the weather before we arrived. Champ had the car washed and fueled up when we arrived. Vehicle was clean and very nice. Vehicle even had XM radio, which to me was a bonus! Price for the use of his vehicle on our trip could not be beat!

Cara was easy and great to work with. We had one minor issue which wasn’t her fault and she was quick to fix it. Even helped us out when our flight was delayed 5 hours. She responded immediately to any texts I sent. The car was in great condition as well, she took the time to teach me how the car worked and even some fun games for the kids. We would definitely rent from her again in the future!

Alex was great; the car was available & easy to access when we got in on a late fllight. As 1st time Turo user’s, there is a learning curve, but iit is still easier and more affordable than dealing with the rental car companies. Thanks, Alex, for being patient with all our 1st time Turo questions!

Great car and the owner was helpful and informative. They even called us to let us know the battery was low due to us leaving a dome light on. Only issue is that gas tank was 75% at pickup, pickup location incurred $11 parking fee, and front right blinker was out.

Great communication. Drove the car all around Phoenix for three days and it cost us $10.80 to top the tank off at the end of the trip - how sweet is that? Easy pick up and drop off at Mesa-Gateway Airport. Excellent value.
