If there are any stains or evidence of pets in the car, you will be charged a detailing fee and Turo charges a fee of up to $250 for smoking violations. If you are picking up the vehicle from Austin Airport, please be advised that you will be responsible for paying the parking fee to exit the lot. This fee is not included in the delivery fee. Tolls are not included in the rental. If you receive any tickets or toll violations during your trip, please pay them immediately. If we receive a ticket in the mail that occurred during your trip, you will be charged an additional processing fee in addition to the cost of the ticket or violation. Please note that if you book a last-minute rental for pickup between 2pm and 10pm, it is possible that you may need to pick up the vehicle from the Domain area. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Only, if the car becomes dirty beyond normal use or if you would like to return it in a particularly clean state, you can take it to “Washaroo Hand Car Wash” for a complimentary hand wash, interior wipe, and vacuum. This is also a convenient option for keeping the car clean during your rental period.

The drivers side door or window doesn’t seal fully, so you can hear the wind whistling through it especially when you’re on the highway. Very loud drive too—noise of the road and everything comes into the car loudly.
