Smoking is strictly prohibited and may result in up to $500 in cleaning fees. Out of respect to potential allergies and the experience of other renters, please do not allow pets inside the car during your trip. Please be mindful of the vehicle’s charge and do not allow the car to fall below 15 miles of range. If the vehicle falls below 15 miles of range, up to a $500 towing and recharging fee will be applied. Please return the car with 161 miles or more of charge. If you are unable to recharge the vehicle prior to the end of your trip, the following recharging fees will apply: Battery level recharging costs 15 - 40 miles = $50 41 - 100 miles = $20 101 - 160 miles = $10 161+ miles = No Charge * Under 15 miles, up to $500 for towing & recharging If you choose to use a Tesla Supercharging station, simply back in to the spot, plug in and the charging will be billed to our business account. A charging cable is included in the trunk if you would like to charge the vehicle at a residence. Please ensure the charging cord is returned with the vehicle or you will be charged ~$275 for a replacement. All supercharging costs accrued during the trip will be added to a post-trip reimbursement invoice that will be sent three days after your trip ends. Invoices can be easily paid directly through Turo. Any other branded EV chargers will typically require payment by the renter up-front. Please do not lose your Tesla Key card. If lost, a replacement card will incur a replacement fee of $250. Significant cleaning, including spills, smells, and smoke, will incur a minimum $200 cleaning fee to have the car professionally detailed. The car is equipped with a Toll Tag. Airport tolls and airport parking fees are included as part of the rental. Any other tolls incurred during your trip will be added to a post-trip reimbursement invoice that will be sent three days after your trip ends. Invoices can be easily paid directly through Turo.

• How do I charge the car?

  Supercharging is billed directly to our business account. You’ll receive an invoice for any supercharging fees a few days after your trip ends. If you choose to charge at another branded EV charger, you will typically be required to pay out of pocket. Please note, idle charging penalties will be added to your invoice, regardless of prepaid charging extras. Please DO NOT let the vehicle remain on the supercharger after charging is complete to avoid penalty fees. To find superchargers in your area, type SUPERCHARGER on the location screen in the vehicle. Each car is also equipped with an adapter that works on most EV Charging stations.
