Description

I offer delivery to airport for only $35. However, since I run this business on my own I would need a ride back home. ( If you would like to have the vehicle delivered without dropping me off then the charge will be $60.) You can also select to pick up the vehicle at my place for free. An uber ride from the airport to my location is typically $15-$20. My Nissan Sentra is in great shape and has low miles. It has gray exterior with gray interior, Tons of room even in the back seat & trunk. -Connect your phone via Bluetooth. -Roadside assistance kit in the trunk for any unexpected situations. -Non Smoking Please return the car in the same condition and gas level as you picked it up in. If you don't you will be charge along with an admin fee. To avoid this, clean and fill up or consider pre-paying for cleaning and/or gas with no admin fees.

(THIS IS HEAVILY ENFORCED!) 3) Insurance card located in Glove Box **WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING** I will contact you shortly after booking via TURO to confirm the rental period and coordinate the location of the car. **Additional Mileage Fee** Additional Mileage will be billed $.75 per additional mile/km driven + $10 admin fee charged by TURO. **REFUELING** Please refuel the car to the same level as it was on delivery. If car is returned without being refueled, I will refuel the car upon return and will require reimbursement + admin fee of $25 via TURO. **CLEANING** Please clean the car to the same level as it was on delivery. If car is returned without being cleaned, I will wash the car upon return and will require reimbursement + admin fee of $25 via TURO.

Juan was very prompt with responses. At the last minute he had to change my car to an upgrade but kept the agreed upon price. The car was super clean and nice to drive.

I do not recommend renting from Juan. First he ignores my message about drop off request. The night before I message him and let him know my flight may arrive early. My flight arrives early and I arrive to his address 45 minutes early. He pitches a fit and reminds me that my reservation begins in 45 min and he says the car is not ready because it needs to be cleaned. I told him I don't mind waiting until my rental period begins. We wait 5 minutes. He asks me to change the rental time to 30 minutes earlier. I do. Before I leave, he tells me the passenger handle may not work (which is worked just fine). He also said the gas gauge is off- the needle was at 3/4 full and said 345 miles remaining. I refilled the gas twice on my trip and the gauge works just fine. He asked me to fill the tank to full before I returned the car. If I hadn't of refilled it a couple of times, I would have believed him and been duped by him. I decided to deliver the car one day early. I notified him early in the day. He said that was fine and to give him a 45 min heads up so he can be there to meet me. I gave him a 2 hour heads up. He said that was fine- that he would be there. We arrive and he doesn't respond to my text that I have arrived. I call him. He says he had to leave the premises, but to leave the car unlocked with the key in the glove compartment. This was at 10:30 at night. He lives in a sketchy part of town and we felt very unsafe here. I felt uncomfortable leaving the car unlocked with the key, but I had no choice. Juan texts me soon after complaining that the rental was "a little dirtier than how I received it". I enjoyed having the car overall, but working with Juan was a pain.
